We would like to inform all existing Connect2Pk users that our 3 cities would stop operating tonight as our service provider has discontinued the service in the respective cities i.e. Karachi, Faisalabad and Lahore. To facilitate our users with the same service, we’ve arranged alternatives from Islamabad city for now.
Following 3 numbers would be start operating from tonight:
Users dialing Karachi, Faisalabad and Lahore will not succeed in making a call. All users are requested to dial the above mentioned numbers instead or take a look at our updated ‘Our Numbers‘ page. If you have any queries, feel free to drop a note on our HelpDesk.

Our Islamabad number got functional yesterday and we’ve upgraded our call package to 15min/call, as promised earlier. All new and existing users can avail 15min/call through out the day and 45min/call during Happy hour (4-10am).

Yes, we’ve finally recovered our Islamabad number. Our team has tested couple of calls yesterday and everything is back in order. However, due to an issue that is still pending on our service provider’s end, Islamabad number might not respond for some time in the upcoming days. In case it happens, we’ll definitely let you know on our website.
New user registration has been enabled and all existing/new users can start getting connected through our Islamabad number. We really appreciate your patience during the downtime.

We’re facing some problem on our Islamabad number from 6th November due to which we are currently downgrading the call package from 15min/call to 7min/call to balance the load on rest of the cities. Users would be able to avail Happy hour of 20min/call from 4am-10am.
Our team is constantly bugging our service provider to restore the number asap so that people dialing Islamabad number can get back connectivity. In the mean time, to facilitate our Islamabad users we’ve reduced the call time to 7min/call until our Islamabad number is restored! Once it’ll be up and running, we’ll definitely upgrade our package to 15min/call.

Great news! We’ve just added another city to our list. Our team has been evaluating different cities but due to unavailability of local numbers, we’ve added 1 city of USA. Yes, we’re trying out Houston (USA) as it’s very cheap for Pakistani users to dial any USA number specially from their cellphones. We have tested phone calls from different telecom networks using prepaid connections today and have observed the following rates (inclusive of taxes):
Also, PTCL/V-PTCL rates would sum up to Rs. 2.32/min with tax (as per the tariff of PTCL)
Please note that all existing and new users can avail our new number and users talking to Middle-East/Europe region can get more benefit from it. We’ll be waiting for your feedback on this addition and we hope to bring you even better options for great calling.
