All calls on our server disconnect after specified interval. However, during Happy hours – we allow users to talk more when the traffic is low on our server, so as to maximize the usage and enable more users to avail the free service.
*The call package is automatically applied during the specified time interval.

What status do you see on the screen of your soft phone? Also, is your calling party dialing from the registered mapped number?
