Last week, we started facing problems on our Lahore number due to which users were unable to get connected. After constantly bugging our service provider, the city is now up and running. Due to high traffic on the number, our service provider started facing some problems and the city went down for few days.
We would like to request our users (from Lahore city) to place calls from their own city. In case their city is not listed, they may dial any city of their own choice. With your proper usage, we would be able to balance the traffic on our side and everyone would get equal chance to place a call. Our team is working on a strategy to balance the load on our end and hope to implement it during next maintenance plan.
