Connect2Pk introduces VoiceMail

“The person is unavailable, please leave your message..” – some of you must have already heard this recording. Yes, Connect2Pk has enabled VoiceMail for all users. If you’re unable to attend your call, your efforts do not go in vain but your calling party can always leave a little voice message for you. All VoiceMails are sent directly to the registered email address and are deleted from our server.

Your calling party will be forwarded to our VoiceMail system when:

the call is not picked up for 25 seconds
the softphone is busy or not turned ON

We send VoiceMail as an attachment on your email address. Users can easily listen to the message using any basic media player that supports .WAV format. For further assistance, feel free to post your queries on our Forums.

why like thiss????

may be I am busy or I will attend phone in 1 minute ….why very short time 26 seconds..

it should be like…after two times attempt (each 12 ringing bells) than you can start voice mail…

why just after 25 seconds voice mail????

All service provider hold calls for 35-45 seconds before they can hang up, due to which we had to go for 25 seconds. Anyway, we have temporarily disabled VoiceMail on all user accounts and now you can pick up calls like you used to do it earlier!
