Important notice for all Connect2Pk users

We would like to notify all Connect2Pk users that some of you will be facing problems connecting to your friends & family abroad. Calls might not go through specially from the mapped numbers of Karachi and Lahore (due to 7 to 8 digit migration). However, if you have an alternate account registered on your cell-phone number, we would suggest you to dial using your cell-phone number until the PTCL migration get stable.

New user registration has been temporarily disabled and we hope to enable them as soon as we find PTCL migration system complete enough to support our system.

We apologize for any inconvenience. You patience in this case will be highly appreciated. For further queries, feel free to post a query on our forums!

I really appreciate of this service but it’s not working since few days. I think you guys have just moved new powerfull server last month and now getting dialing problem. Please try to solve it as soon as possible. We really missing our family overthere.

Salam. Thank you very much 4 quick reply. My family facing problem to call me / connect from KHI-since 3 days. I dont know PTCL No change or what Pleaes let me know If PTCL no Change or any changing made. This time I will be HIGHLY APPRECIATE to you.

Yes, PTCL numbers have been changed due to which Karachi & Lahore users (having landline numbers as their mapped numbers) will face problems getting their call through. Our team is currently working on the fix and we hope to update our system by the weekend. Thankx for let me know. According July 02 that PTCL put mapped no. “3″ so this will be marked or identify that PTCL no going to call Connect2pk and will they charged more or billing etc in future. Please clear it to me Thankx.

Connect2Pk team will alter your mapped numbers in our system as per new PTCL 8 digit scheme so that all calls can get through!

i jst want to tell u about connect2pk phone when i recives calls from mobiles voice quality is very bad,i cant understand wat they are saying lot of bad noices during call and also voice are cracking ,please can you fix this problem soon,,

the problem is only for lahore and krachi,meanwhile y i m not able to open new account and i hv to call islamabad.the problem is not for islamabad then new sign up should allow to make new account for islamabad users.

Assalamoalaikum!
Is this service available for Multan and other cities too? I got my soft phone, but it is continuously giving error message that registration fails.
What to do?

This service really is very good for us abroad pakistani, ilove pakistan. i love my country and people exculding polititions and their supporters. (joking)

we never complaint the inconvenience, guys you take your time and upgrade things more and more for us so that we might be able to call from both ends.

YA AKKHI Some problem with the fring sining in. i have e65 already worked b4 but now its not working.

i dont see any caution from the company side if there any problem at the providers end.please help

During register, i was not knowing the maping number what it mean, so I chose any number not really telephone number, as per roule it is onle one time can be registered, please let me know how maping number can be corrected.
