Please note that user accounts created between 6pm-12am PST will be updated on our system after 12 midnight. We’re facing some heavy call load from 6pm-12am during which new user accounts activation process adds more burden to our server resulting in low voice quality. To facilitate more users throughout the day, we’ve updated the call duration to 15 minutes per call round the clock during the Holy month of Ramadan. All users can avail this call limit until the end of Ramadan 1430H. Happy talking!
