7min/call till 20th November

We’re facing some problem on our Islamabad number from 6th November due to which we are currently downgrading the call package from 15min/call to 7min/call to balance the load on rest of the cities. Users would be able to avail Happy hour of 20min/call from 4am-10am.

Our team is constantly bugging our service provider to restore the number asap so that people dialing Islamabad number can get back connectivity. In the mean time, to facilitate our Islamabad users we’ve reduced the call time to 7min/call until our Islamabad number is restored! Once it’ll be up and running, we’ll definitely upgrade our package to 15min/call.

Users can follow our blog to track updates on Call Package and Islamabad number. We would really appreciate your co-operation in this regard.

The life was passing happily as we were using greatest service and that is connect2pk service.
Now we are feeling that something is missing from our life because ISB number is not working and through other numbers (LHR, FSD, KRH) we are connecting with our loved ones for 7 minutes only and also not getting good voice quality.
I just want to say this, that we all are missing connect2pk service, please come back with good service. Our wishes and prayers are always with you.

Hi,
Faisalabad number is surely out of order as since 3rd of November, my parents are unable to dial. I live in Saudi Arabia and this was a great service for us but not anymore. There must be a huge problem. Hope it can be fixed as soon as possible.

7 minutes call is not sufficient please increase the duringh at least 15 minutes please.
ISB number is working since last night 14.11.2009
but why the “note” is showing on your website that the number is not working please check.

Yes, we have recovered our number on 14/11 but our team is still testing out calls and we’ll be announcing it very shortly. Users can start availing service through ISB number :)
