We’re facing some problem on our Islamabad number from 6th November due to which we are currently downgrading the call package from 15min/call to 7min/call to balance the load on rest of the cities. Users would be able to avail Happy hour of 20min/call from 4am-10am.

To facilitate more users in Ramadan, we introduced 15 minute package during the Holy month. ‘Number Busy’ queries reduced a lot and we got positive feedback on this package. Our team has decided to keep this package until further notice.

To facilitate more users throughout the day, we’ve updated the call duration to 15 minutes per call round the clock during the Holy month of Ramadan. All users can avail this call limit until the end of Ramadan 1430H.

Yes, we’ve extended the happy hour and increased the time duration to 45 minutes per call. All registered users can now avail the happy hour from 7am to 11am and talk straight for 45 minute.

From June 16th till 30th, users can talk 20 minute per call through out the day from 7am to 7pm and 10 minute per call from 7pm to 7am. We are currently working to enhance our service so that everyone can talk easily. In the mean time, we have introduced this little package so as [...]
