We’ve recently upgraded our servers and have fined tuned voice quality. Our team has done major updates to provide better voice quality! If you haven’t used our service since Tuesday, October 27, 2009, we suggest you to try a call and let us know your feedback.
Users who are still facing any voice issues can contact us using HelpDesk and we’ll be more than glad to help you out with your softphone settings to fine tune voice quality on your end as well.
Over the last weekend, our team had been working hard at upgrading the servers and making it seamless to all of you. We’re glad to announce that we’ve upgraded our servers and have fine tuned voice quality for everyone! New user registration which took 45 minutes to activate on our server now takes only 25 minutes. We have also removed 6pm-12am limitation on our new server and all new/existing accounts will be activated instantly.
Our team is constantly striving to provide you a better service! We would love to hear your feedback on our voice quality and we hope you’ll enjoy a better calling experience using Connect2Pk.
To facilitate more users in Ramadan, we introduced 15 minute package during the Holy month. ‘Number Busy’ queries reduced a lot and we got positive feedback on this package. Our team has decided to keep this package until further notice.
All new and existing users would be able to place 15min/call throughout the day and 45min/call between 4-10am.

We’ve done some major updates on our system during last month. Our team was facing some technical difficulties with our email system from 2nd week of August but that got fixed during last week of August. We’ve closed Connect2Pk Forums and have setup Connect2Pk HelpDesk for better support!
Users were facing voice quality issues especially during evening due to which we’ve optimized processes on our system. We hope Connect2Pk users will now enjoy better quality calls. Our team would love to hear your feedback on the calls, feel free to drop a comment on this post or send us a note through HelpDesk.
To streamline support requests and for better service, Connect2Pk team has set up ‘HelpDesk’ – a support ticketing system. We will be closing down the Forums shortly so please post all your queries at: http://www.connect2pk.com/helpdesk/
Please note that user accounts created between 6pm-12am PST will be updated on our system after 12 midnight. We’re facing some heavy call load from 6pm-12am during which new user accounts activation process adds more burden to our server resulting in low voice quality. Our team has decided upon this strategy and we’ll be carrying out this test for few days.
Users will be able to signup for new accounts 24/7 but only their accounts will be updated on our system at midnight in case they submitted a signup request between 6pm-12am. Also, users will receive ‘Registration error #404′ on their softphones in case they’ll try to get connected until their account is activated. Same process goes for ‘In Active’ users – all their activation requests will be processed after midnight.

To facilitate more users throughout the day, we’ve updated the call duration to 15 minutes per call round the clock during the Holy month of Ramadan. All users can avail this call limit until the end of Ramadan 1430H.
Please note that from 2nd week of August we are facing some technical difficulty with our email system. While our team is working on an alternative, you are requested to post your queries on our forums and we’ll try our best to answer your queries as soon as possible.
Users who have sent their queries at support@connect2pk.com and have not received any response from our side should either post their queries on our forums or wait until our email system is back. We’ll try our best to entertain all queries that we have received on our email once it is up & running.
